Hello, my name is Magpie, or you can also call me Moth (they/it pronouns). I'm a 28 year old physically disabled artist who specializes in tattoo designs, floral drawings, and silly oc art.Thank you for showing an interest in my commissions and art! Terms Of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below.General Terms:
1. When asking for a commission please let me know what you are looking for and provide a clear reference of your oc.
2. I have the right to deny your commission, especially if you request anything that includes hate speech, hate symbols, or other bigoted ideals.
3. All commissioners will receive at least one sketch unless purchasing a commission slot that doesn't include a sketch.
4. You may ask for any number of changes during the sketch phase of the commission, but once it is fully lined you may only ask for two changes. More than two changes, or any large changes, after the sketch phase will be an extra charge.
5. Commissions can take anywhere between one (1) day and two (2) months depending on: complexity of the commission, order of commissions, health issues, and/or work / family issues. If there will be any delays with your commission you will be notified.
6. Commissions are purchased with the intent of being personal use only. If you’d like to use the art for commercial use there will need to be a discussion before you purchase as there will be an upcharge.
7. All commissions may be added to character hosting sites such as toyhouse. If you do this then you must credit me (my toyhouse is magpie_png).-Copyright and Usage Policy:
1. I reserve the right to all art I create. This means I am free to use your commission as future examples and may post publicly as I see fit. However I may not post every commission and you are completely free to ask that I do not post yours.
2. You may share any commission you receive from me as long as I receive proper credit - link to this site or any of my contact links.
3. Any commission you receive from me is for personal use only, unless commercial usage has been discussed. Personal use includes: getting a print or other “merch
made for yourself, using it as a profile photo or banner (with credit), or posting on social media (with credit).
4. Taking credit for any commission you receive from me will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions.
5. Turning any commission you receive into a cryptocurrency, NFT, or any other blockchain "creation" will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions.
6. Putting any commission you receive from me into any sort of generative AI program will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions.-Payment:
1. All prices listed are in US Dollars.
2. Payment can be done through PayPal (goods & services or invoice, not friends & family) or by using my Ko-fi page. I do not take any kind of cryptocurrency as payment.
3. Your commission will only be started after payment is made, not before. If you need a payment plan please discuss this with me at the time of requesting the commission, as we can discuss and work something out.
4. I may sometimes offer discount codes, however please do not ask for a code when I am not offering them.
